Pros

This is a great place to coast for a year until they figure it out. Always have a backup plan.

Cons

Management is clueless about what goes on with support, engineering, and sales. All of the departments are fiefdoms. The primary concern of the executives is maintaining their status within the political structure. The software is so bad, they need an army of people to support it. The euphemism is "software as a service". They do not deliver on their service level agreements with customers. They spend money like drunken sailors on internal meetings and boondoggles.

- Friendly people all around - Free snacks and game room - Some-what competent middle-management

Cons

- Completely incompetent leadership team.. new Product leaders have zero product background - No product innovation and spending money in the wrong areas

- Flexible hours - Good starting place for AppSec

Cons

- A lot of internal politics for such a small company, although they have lessened in the past year. - There is a lot of toxicity internally - a lot I probably shouldn't speak about, but in the end it is visible externally. - The majority of the talent of the operations team has left. Quality suffers as a result and customers notice. - Certain operations leaders watch videos/play online web games/Facebook all day and generally do little work.
