      No growth, no training

      Decent salary and good schedule

      Cons

      Minimal training, no room for growth, company blames lack of business on the wrong people and things, then out of the blue someone shows up from Arizona who has never met anyone at your location and eliminates jobs that have nothing to do with sales because sales are down. Sales are down because they lease 30 year old trailers for the highest prices in the industry while the competition leases newer units for less.

      Good benefits and some really friendly coworkers are the only things that make the job bearable.

      Cons

      Decreased commissions rates by almost 50 percent, it is next to impossible to know who to get answers from and even when you do know… people don’t seem to want to respond. If we as employees can’t get answers…imagine how the customers feel. If you work here always remember you are only number and replaceable at anytime. They don’t value employees, they charge way too much money for inferior product. They push added products so much even when the customer does not want them. The accounting system is the worst I’ve ever seen. Customers complain non stop about the billing. They have no way too many meetings. How can you sell when you are zooms every single day talking about the same thing repeatedly. The company wastes so much money training people and then letting them go just to make the numbers crunch for the next merger. There is no job security whatsoever.
