Good people on the local level. 2 weeks of personal and vaca time as soon as you start.

Cons

Everything else. Trucking is horrendous, quality of units are below par, and you're the highest priced container company on the market. If you want to be a 'premium' company, you have to deliver premium customer service.

We are always continuing to invest money in the quality of our product as well as adding new units to our fleet. The reason we can do this is because we are a premium product, possess industry leading Customer NPS scores, A "World Class" TRIR safety rating, have dedicated people that are committed to generating success and the most talented sales team across any industry. The good news is that our ISR turnover rate is nowhere near 50%. We are focused on finding talent with the characteristics that align with our Core Values and want to win with our customers by providing them the best experience possible.

Good hours no weekends/ Great drivers and yard staff/ It asks for me to put 20 words for pros. Problem is not enough pros to get 20 words so I have to type this in to submit

Cons

Bad quality on equipment selling. CORP will keep changing commissions policy midstream Micro Managed on everything you do. Most units you book are on a SPOC account and no pay for you. Going digital and loose multiple deals in your dirt

It is a steady job with ok benefits.

Cons

Sometimes it is like walking into a morgue. The AP management is unapproachable at times. Very little interaction is allowed between staff. Best to keep your head down and not speak.
