Poor leadership, toxic environment, avoid if you value employees

Coworkers at the site level were generally supportive of one another The role itself had potential under the right leadership Benefits and pay were somewhat competitive for the industry

Cons

New regional management created a toxic and fear-based work environment Employees were repeatedly told they were “replaceable,” and that all positions should be posted at all times, which caused unnecessary stress and instability Serious concerns about fairness and transparency in the manager bonus and evaluation structure Disagreements or not “seeing eye to eye” with leadership often felt retaliatory rather than constructive Lack of accountability and poor communication from upper management Low morale and high turnover as a result of leadership behavior

I miss Lincoln

Great coworkers to work with and amazing, caring department heads.

Cons

Willow Bridge bought out Lincoln and immediately started "restructuring" didn't even try to get to know it's employees. Employees that were there for years and hard working with invaluable knowledge were just laid off without any warning only to bring in new roles with larger salaries that don't contribute half as much. The person they put in charge of the department doesn't have any real IT experience and has his favorites and makes it very obvious. They want their employees to do more with less. When the employees meet the goals they put in front of them they raise the bar and tell them they still need to do more. They pay way below industry average.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good and pay is decent if you have good leadership. My boss was amazing and made sure I got paid what I’m worth.

Cons

There can be a lot of stress. Employees in this industry are difficult. The company has gotten extremely corporate and does not care about the people as much as they did when they were Lincoln.
