Too many to list. Horrible, stressful, toxic, just to name a few. Great place to work if you like to be overworked and underpaid. 1 Secretary does the work of 5 attorneys and the attorneys reap the rewards.

can learn a lot quickly if they are willing to let you. but not a place to remain long term.

Cons

Profit is the bottom line with complete disregard for employee satisfaction. they can always get new talent, just starting out for less money. mid-level continually leaves.

Pros

Nice building, next to Pepsi (affordable lunches!). Really good benefits. They hire entry-level, which is hard to come by. Teaches you a lot in your department which definitely opens up doors for much better positions in other companies after you gain some experience.

Cons

I hope you like popularity contests! The work environment is absurd, tense, and stressful. Be prepared to be overworked, under-appreciated and underpaid. I hope you can tolerate passive aggression because that's also a common theme. Immature, unprofessional management, and that's not even including the infamous e-business director (see dozens of other reviews for more information). This place is a joke. I hope you're cool with getting complimented with dog treats! ;)
