Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We appreciate the note that pay and benefits are good (we work very hard to ensure we are competitive). We also realize that some jobs may require long hours at times. Our leaders are very appreciative of the effort, commitment, and sacrifice that some of our employees make to work these hours. That said, we pride ourselves on treating all of our employees with respect and appreciation, and I am sorry you have not always felt respected or appreciated.
