- Security space is a great space to start one's tech career and it is only going to get even more important. - Hard work is appreciated by management and rewarded. - You get ownership of verticals within the flagship product and can see it to completion. - You get to go for conferences and learn more about where the industry is headed. - Great work life balance (but no work from home)

Cons

- Not as fast moving as I would like. - Not much new technologies and tools to work with - Motivation within engineering is not strong
