WinMagic's on-boarding program is great, you have the support of the team members, support from the managers and also have a training session which includes an introductory to WinMagic's products in the Video training. You learn much more when you take the hands-on approach of using the product, lots of areas, but you gain insight to how it works. The company helps encourages their employees to excel in what they need to do, ensuring each person plays a part of the team. Whenever you need advice, all you need to do is ask, and you will get the help and advice to not only get the job done, but also understand why we do things the way we do. Very important to helping employees look ahead! The CEO is especially an approachable person, he may not know every detail, but he can guide you to understanding how things work, so that you can help in the decision processes and solutions. His open door policy helps any employee bring their questions, concerns, and he makes the right decision so that the company can grow as a whole. He does his best to help you understand the technologies we use and how it applies to our work, which helps motivate us in making the product better! Outside of work, every Wednesday there's a Tai-Chi class, and everyone is welcome and encouraged to join. It greatly balances your health and work so that you can feel refreshed!
