- good first time experience, if you can work in this SNF you can literally work anywhere else bc of the experience you gain w various residents - likely to get hired right away - slightly higher pay than other care facilities in general vicinity

Cons

- higher ups are kind of rude - travel nurses that come and go cause a turbulent work environment - low moral

Too much work put on one person. Every department does this to their employee so there is a lot of complaining or quitting.
