      Pros

      It's a paying RT job, so if you're just starting out I guess it's better than nothing, but only marginally.

      Cons

      Dirty, plenty of lazy people working there in every department, zero chance for growth, you will not be using very many of your skills there. Very low pay ($21/hr), poor management throughout, plenty of nepotism and favoritism at this site.

      Flexible schedule, Great DSD, Good Co-workers, good pay

      Cons

      Workers do not matter families get to be rude and disrespectful to staff, patients without dementia or any mental illness can make racial slurs and threaten staff with no repercussions. Heavy work many times understaffed and then many times there is very little hours. will burn you out quickly.
