Pros

None. Nothing you do ever feels like it’s enough for this company.

Cons

This company is a joke. Leadership comes across as disorganized. People are treated here with favoritism. There’s very little respect shown toward employees, and the messaging often makes it clear that anyone can be replaced at any time. Don't work for this company.

Pros

Health insurance and 401k are great

Cons

Health insurance is rather expensive. Alot of nepotism in the company. Alot of people in positions of "authority" are either related or grew up with owner kids and basically became "adopted children". It doesn't matter how much knowledge, experience or talent you bring to the table you are just a pawn to be used as they see fit! And if you can't be a team player in their team then they will eventually find a way to push you out! If you don't mind selling your soul then by all means go for it!
