I liked the people, the drivers were great as well so it was a fun environment

Cons

Management does not care about their employees. I got overworked, working 12+ hour shifts with no offer of higher compensation

Pros

Get to travel for free. If you like to watch sports or read, you'll have plenty of time to do both. If you make connections easily or if you're a people person, you'll usually be rewarded for that (in forms of tips or better trips).

Cons

Hours are unpredictable. Driving until 3 or 4 in the morning at times. Unpredictable schedule and hours - you won't have much of a life if you want to earn actual money. You'll be driving 5 or more hours straight on a lot of your trips You don't get to choose your trips, management does. There is some degree of office politics with regards to who gets work, regardless of what management says.
