      Family owned company that lacks bureaucracy of a larger organization Good review process set up for new employees Always something new happening whether it be new locations or new improvements. Very exciting growth company Management is very decisive with decision making

      Paid hotel rooms. That's about it.

      Cons

      Long working hours, terrible scheduling, they don't care to take the time to train people properly. Maybe its OK to work in Iowa, but Orlando is awful. Misrepresented job opening advertising, Manager doesn't care to give a driver enough time to sleep or train new people properly.
