      Pay issues overshadow potential in a demanding role

      It's a job that could possibly pay the bills, maybe.

      Cons

      Expect to have pay issues. Be a school bus field trip driver overnight and day, with a day wage that equals out to less than minimum wage working 18 plus hours some days. Be on camera, monitored, and criticized just to be either gone all the time or struggling stressed not knowing if there will be work.

      Cons

      If you’re okay with constantly being on the road and barely having a life outside of work, this job will fit you. You’re under nonstop surveillance. The expectation is to stay quiet, follow orders without question, and cater to clients no matter what. Speaking up or not fitting that mold can quickly put your job at risk.
