Pros

This job fit well into my schedule as a second job. Very pleasant work mates, administration cordial, support staff very sweet and helpful. Teaching material consistent, technology easy to learn and use.

Cons

Very little to say against this employer and this job. Like many community colleges, the focus is on a basic compliment of full time staff and lots of adjust instructors.

Good place to work. Great people. Students are respective of staff. Summer hours are adjusted to allow Fridays off. Good benefits.

Cons

Limited opportunities. Low input. Management rely on other management to make decisions, should ask more staff about their opinions as they work directly with the students on a daily basis.
