Pros

decent benefits; some stability being a publicly traded company

Cons

As a UK based company, the US is looked at like a poop stain on their market operations. The favoritism is UNREAL and they don't value their employees who have put in a ton of hard work and long hours to keep operations going. Instead they'll hire in people externally, all making way more money than employees who have been there for years doing the same exact job, then refuse to promote you. They'll put you on a PIP to try and force you to quit, despite not having set metrics required to meet. Mid and upper management is atrocious. The Americas offices are the only ones required to go in 3 days a week and there's not enough desks for everyone. They moved in office lunches to Friday's so they only have to pay for 1/4 of the amount. Growth potential is limited/nonexistent because most of the senior level roles still sit in London/Tallinn, and they de-value internal employees and don't consider them for these types of roles. Americas teams are over worked and underpaid and every time this concern is raised, it's met with "they just don't understand" or "they need to prioritize their day better." Their business operations are a mess externally as well. Tons of partner remediation going on, not to mention the founders regulatory issues. They push employees to use a card that has 0 FDIC insurance, payroll is consistently messed up, turn over rate in CS ATX alone is 91%, and they just laid off their entire Tampa office of 400+ people whom found out by a sign on the door saying the office was closed. The company has a great mission but awful execution.

Pros

PTO, sick pay, parental leave, insurance

Cons

Work environment, the people/micromanagement, there are too many hands in the pot and too many people are doing the same thing and so there's no order, the software itself is completely buggy, they are working their agents to the Bone!
