Pros
Amy runs the Firm with a common sense approach and challenges every employee to make smart choices, do better every time and push hard to help our clients keep their lives running. It is refreshing to finally work in a place where when they say we are a family environment it's true. We are fiercely loyal to Amy, each other and our clients and even folks not on the legal side are encouraged to make the time to get exposure to the client experience so that we all have the same heart for our clients and work all parts of the Firm to support each other. Amy is such a great teacher and when she gets us all together to share her thoughts or feedback on a topic we all walk away very enlightened.
Cons
It really hit me hard when we didn't have the outcome for a client that I expected, not for any issues with the Firms efforts but sometimes these things take an emotional toll on you.
