My supervisor was a cyberstalking bigot, and the manager supported his behavior. I believe I was fired due to my political beliefs, that I never expressed at work or as a representative of Wolters Kluwer.

Micromanage is not a strong enough word for the tactics that Management in this office use on a daily basis. They degrade their employees, try to belittle their self worth, and mask it all under the veil that they are trying to push them to be better. In one week, seven people were threatened with termination in the Madison office alone, all for expressing concerns for the way they were being treated. I had high hopes for this position, wanted to make a career here. They only do promotions once a year. This year out of nearly 100 employees, 3 were given the promotion from Associate Customer Service to Customer Service, after working there for two years.
