Pros

Challenging work. Competent work force. Managers tell you exactly what to expect. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Burnout. They work everyone hard 9 months out of the year. Culture is very oppressive. Once you have been there for a while it is hard to leave because skills are not transferable to another company because no one else using their programming language. Most people who have been there a while are only there because they do not think they can find anything better anywhere else. Very few people actually like their job.

Pros

They provide a relatively decent benefit and PTO package. The pay scale is average, however, unless you are part of the "in" crowd.

Cons

Without a doubt one of the most miserable companies to work for. It's a very political and adolescent environment...akin to watching a bad movie about high school. Employees are miserable and therefore very closed. Management enjoys playing one against the other. Further, the management team cannot accept responsibility for their poor decision making processes and assigns blame to others to cover their tracks. It's truly a sad state of affairs. The management team also gives credit to their pals for work that others produced.
