      Probably one of the worst companies to work for today - no longer the culture of Mustang Engineeering!

      Pros

      Have decent food in the Cafe onsite. Free parking.

      Cons

      Never more than 3% raises or salaries frozen. No review process. HR personnel incompetent. Savings Plan w/Empower under performs. Borderline business competence by management - losing money. Replacing American managers and above with Scottish foreigners. Force employees to park cars backwards in parking spots - reverse parking.
