This company is not what it used to be.

Pros

In the office, there’s a family atmosphere. For the most part, everyone is friendly.

Cons

Benefit payments are more expensive than ever. Communication should be better. You aren’t sure who to call when you have a problem. There are constant paycheck issues, and you can’t ever get someone to help you because no one answers the phone on Fridays, and if they do, you still have to wait for next week to have it fixed. There are constant layoffs or people quitting, so they put more work on you and expect you to be able to manage it for the same pay. You become burnt out very quickly. Moral is at an all time low.

Pros

Flexible working hours. The A/C in the bldg works.

Cons

Hopelessly dishonest Poor senior "leadership" If you aren't billable, you are gone. No raises in +5 years unless you are a big wig, then you get a "change of title" that equates to a pay raise. No room for advancement unless you are Scottish

Pros

Matching 401k, decent medical and dental (but not as good as it used to be).

Cons

Upper management is disconnected. Continual buyouts/takeovers (6 in past 16 years). Though the company has grown immense, the benefits package has gotten worse each time. Low end salaries for top tier work. Management does not acknowledge employee successes with personal or economic incentive/kudos. Employees are over worked, under appreciated, and underpaid.
