Pay is average and no bonus except for Project Mangers which is based strictly on profitability - no value added for being a hard worker or loyal employee. Unless you are at the top you are just a number and the culture reflects that. Absolutely stifling bureaucracy at every level with little chance for advancement. Feels more like you are working for a governmental agency than a company.

Management present in office much less than team members. No management structure for those in supervisory roles, at least in the section of Wood I experienced. Team members are expected and relied upon to pull the majority of the weight, while supervisors come and go as they please, leading to personal and professional conflict in the workplace. Employees not treated accordingly on the merit of their skills and work ethic but upon interpersonal office relationships.
