It’s ok for the experience, but not much room for growth.

Pros

Nice managers, flexible scheduling. Free bagels every other Thursday. Free coffee. Looks like there are some welcoming changes coming.

Cons

Low pay, not much of a positive employee culture. Everyone is non-social. Depending on your area, you don’t really grow much. Expected to learn on your own, no real mentorship from colleagues depending on the department you join.

Either you work here for a year or you stay for life. They take care of their employees who are loyal. Room for advancement and very flexible and accommodating.

Cons

office politics that go hand in hand with a small business.
