WorkCare takes care of it's own

Pros

If you work your butt off and show yourself to be valuable to the team your worth will be acknowledged and rewarded. I've always felt management had my back during disputes with client companies. No one hovering over my shoulder because the quality of my work is trusted, which is a morale booster. I've always felt appreciated.

Cons

I get paid very well in my position, but I don't think there's room to move up. However, if I got a certification or two and gained more skill I could probably move into a higher pay grade.
