Pros

Good benefits Business casual Option of every other friday off if you work nine hours a day Option to take longer lunches in exchange for making up the time after your scheduled shift The work itself is great; it's just the people and environment they have allowed to create that ruins it. If you're looking for a job that just pays the bills and You are not seeking a career, this is your place.

Cons

You DO NOT get a raise unless you say you're quitting or go to HR about it (which a lot of employees do here, they go to HR for every little complaint. You end up getting sucked into gossip or manipulation you never even wanted to be a part of. But they will always make you feel like you're at fault.) Favoritism Nepotism Favoritism toward the nepotism You really don't advance. Once you're there, you're stuck there. Unless you move to customer service for about a buck or two difference in pay, but you can't move up from there. And they use that as an excuse to not give you a raise. No matter your work volume/productivity/years of loyalty. Horrible management - employee evaluation reviews were never on time and not by a few weeks. I'm talking months/year late. No full time manager that is actively in this dept. Leaving the more seasoned employees to tend to new hires/training. With no up in pay for more responsibility. More responsibility is constantly added as well, again, with no mention of up in pay. You NEVER feel like you're enough , you leave feeling so unaccomplished. They constantly bash on you and focus on personal employee gossip over the actual work and tasks at hand This environment is extremely toxic to work in. I know of several people who had to quit out on a limb, without notice, because it was too mentally draining. Myself included. Some even saught therapy. It isn't a fair workplace. They allow the favorites to treat you anyway because they are "stressed" without repercussion. Very strict on attendance. Must clock in and out for every thing except breaks. If you are late repetitively, even after talks, they will let you go. Which is understandable. However; they will keep someone who refuses to do their job because they are "overwhelmed", even after talking to them more than once. Management is very sloppy & unfair.

lots of drama and unwilling to discipline slackers, then they replace the few competent people with cheep, inexperienced newbies.

Pros

The right tools were supplied for the job... a computer software program for patient tracking, and supplies were available for the clinic.

Cons

The software training was inconsistent. Received verbal training on software program in twenty to thirty minute increments, without written documentation for future reference.
