      Supportive company, though isolated

      Pros

      Good pay, good opportunities, supportive, encouraging.

      Cons

      Isolating with virtual teams. Software utilized is buggy sometimes. Not a ton of room to move up. Expensive insurance- though they give incentives to help with that.

      Pros

      I have learned so much working here! Every day I am still learning. At the end of the day I feel productive and I feel I have made a difference with the people I have helped and working for a company I believe in. I have not quite been here a year yet, but I am very happy. I have had great support from management and teammates and the benefits are good too!
