Pros

flexible schedule, good work experience

Cons

lots of drama and unwilling to discipline slackers, then they replace the few competent people with cheep, inexperienced newbies.

Pros

The people are awesome. It is a great place to start out. You do not need any experience to get yourself in the door.

Cons

Promotions are far and few between. It is family owned so favoritism is very present throughout the entire company.

Pros

The right tools were supplied for the job... a computer software program for patient tracking, and supplies were available for the clinic.

Cons

The software training was inconsistent. Received verbal training on software program in twenty to thirty minute increments, without written documentation for future reference.
