I hope that from your review you do feel able to question leaders at EW on occasion, as that is certainly the culture that we aim for, with senior leaders keen to receive feedback. I would encourage you to discuss your ideas on our range of services with your manager, or perhaps make a submission to the Ideas Lab - details are on the Intranet, under HR/HR Documents. Wishing you continued success and job satisfaction at EW!

Hi there - thanks for your review - it is really valued by us at EW. I know the phone signal can be a challenge and we try to help colleagues by encouraging them to use our wifi. It is really encouraging to receive your thoughts on all the things we are getting right, from our leadership team through to the BREWS (Body Representing EW Staff) Committee. We look forward to updating colleagues on key business and continuous improvement initiatives through our quarterly INSPIRE Team Briefings. Thanks again for your review and I hope you continue enjoying your role at EW.

Pros

I have now worked for Ellis Whittam coming up to 4 years, my longest employment to date, and to me, that speaks volumes. Ellis Whittam value internal progression and since joining I have been promoted to a management role. As part of the service delivery team, we are giving the flexibility and ability to be creative to service our client's needs which is very rewarding!

Cons

In the past decision making can take a long time which can become a frustration when trying to deliver a service, however, management has identified this and work has started to empower decision making. This has had a very positive impact on the ability to be agile to our operational needs.
