Pros

A progressive company that distinguishes itself from its competitors by delivering a quality service through its people. Clear values embedded within the organisation that uphold its Mission statement and Strategic Plan. People are its biggest asset and demonstrate a drive and hunger to be the best. Excellent collaborative atmosphere. Company has strong ethical values.

Cons

Greater investment in IT (it's coming) and must ensure it does not take its eye off work/life balance.

Hello and thank you for your review. Your comments about us having clear values within the organisation are a real positive given the wide consultation programme we ran earlier in the year involving colleagues from across the business to better understand and articulate our values at EW around delivering brilliant service, optimism, integrity and teamwork. Thank you for highlighting IT investment and work/life balance, both of which we are working on improving this year. Thanks again for taking time out to write this review!

Pros

Having worked here for almost 6 years I believe that there is excellent opportunity for development. I am on my third role with EW having developed from an Employment Law Adviser. I am involved in projects as well as training both clients and prospects and feel that my contribution is valued; making a difference to the continued growth of the business. There is an excellent work life balance as well as great colleague engagement. I would highly recommend working for EW - they are a fantastic employer!

Cons

As beautiful as the location is phone signal is hard to come by - we do have wifi though which is a life saver! Sainsbury's, the Grosvenor pub and Delifine are just around the corner too!

Pros

They have a real focus on employee engagement through a specific committee set up to represent colleagues' views and organise all kinds of events. They really do make coming to work fun!

Cons

Despite the absolutely amazing scenery being situated on the Easton Estate, phone signal is slightly hard to come across!

Thank you for your comments - the BREWS committee (Body Representing EW Staff) makes a huge contribution to working life at EW. The senior leadership team is genuinely committed to colleague engagement as they recognise that it drives business performance.
