Pros

I have worked for Ellis Whitttam for 14 months now and I can say with confidence that I am thoroughly enjoying my time with the company. The business has an excellent management team who support us in every way by making sure that we get the most out of our daily roles. Ellis Whittam also provides regular team activities which is key for team building.

Cons

At this stage in my career, I am happy with my role as it is at the moment as I receive a very good commission scheme and a very lucrative salary.

Hello, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review. The detail you have provided is very helpful to us. It is great to hear all the positives you can identify - we are working hard to improve communication across the business so it good to know it is having a positive effect. We are aware of the challenges that home based colleagues face and we still have work to do to ensure that we continue to reduce the feeling of being out on a limb. I would encourage you to discuss your ideas on how we can improve inter-departmental communication with your manager so we can work to break down the barriers that you feel still exist. Thanks again for your feedback and best wishes for continued success in your role.

Pros

Ellis Whittam is a great company as it creates a nice working environment and looks after its employees, by regularly promoting both employee engagement activities and career development planning. All of the staff are very friendly and the company is based in a lovely location.

Cons

A very weak mobile phone signal.

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. We understand the mobile phone signal could be better and we do our best to mitigate it with all colleagues being able to use EW's wifi.
