Pros

There are number of reasons to be excited for working at WorkWave. Opportunity to innovate, be a change agent and actually get stuff done in less than the time to get approvals in other companies. Collaborating with like minded individuals in designing next generation products while playing with the latest and greatest tools definitely is exciting. Senior Leadership is attentive to what the employees say and very encouraging if you have any cool ideas. Ton of development opportunities for the current employees: getting trained, lateral moves, collaborating in cross functional teams to foster innovation! One of the best places I have worked so far!

Cons

challenging to find meeting space sometimes(which I guess can be perceived as a good thing considering the rapid growth), facilitating collaboration between cross functional teams can be better as well..

Great Place to Work, Great Team Environment

Pros

Employees are very happy with their jobs and work environment. I have never worked in such a positive work environment before where everyone gets along. Everyone is friendly and looking to do the best possible job for our clients. Upper management truly cares about our opinions and what they can do to make our jobs easier.

Cons

Need to work on better communication between teams which management is currently working on

Pros

This is the first place I have been employed where I truly believe that employees are put first. Management cares about what you have to say and goes out of their way to make you feel appreciated.

Cons

As a fast growing company there are many challenges to be faced. However, with the skill sets of the talented employees we get through it!
