Thanks for your feedback. We've experienced a tremendous amount of growth this past year, which can inevitably cause roles and responsibilities to evolve over time. We're so fortunate to have talented team members that are excited to grow with us! We're indeed actively hiring across all departments, as you can see on our careers page, to help build out our teams further. Work life balance can be a struggle for some working fully remote, but we've got an incredible set of resources to help all employees find the tools and techniques that will best for them to set boundaries, prioritize their day, and protect their mental health. It's unfortunate these concerns weren't raised to HR's attention prior to your departure, as we certainly could have helped provide you with the guidance needed to continue as part of the WorkWave community.
