      High energy, high risk, high reward position

      Pros

      They know how incentivize the sales force. Dinners, Week end get aways, quarterly awards, cash incentives, annual reward trips.

      Cons

      Miss 100% of your quota twice and your gone. I don't mean 90% or 95% you have to hit 100%.

      Pros

      Great to work in a place that has a great potential product.

      Cons

      Small company maturing into mid level size company with some very obvious growing pains. Management does not adequately recognize, support or compensate employees which leads to high turn over and lack luster career development opportunities. Output is the sole concern and very little attention is given to morale. Blood from a stone mentality.

      Pros

      I believe in the product (and where we're going with it) and think it has a lot of potential, not only to sell well, but to actually benefit other people Great, inexpensive (for the employee) benefits Really enjoy the people - they are some of the most intelligent, creative, and talented individuals Perks - most employees get a MacBook Pro and a new iPhone when they start, birthday and anniversary recognitions, etc. I don't feel like I am micromanaged

      Cons

      Top-down communication could use some improvement (on the senior management level), though individual departments do seem to be less "command-and-control" Expected to work long hours regardless of how much you get paid and how efficient you are at actually completing your work The culture can sometimes be a little "cheesy"
