Pros

-Decent compensation for top performers. -Good people at low and middle levels. -Product that competes very well.

Cons

-Revolving door in sales leadership. You do not want to be in management there -CEO sees the company as his baby. Expects others to have the same level of commitment. -Inability to hire qualified sales leadership -Poor marketing efforts -Does not value employees regardless of current and past performance. -Sales-team morale. -Leadership has no concept of change management. Will frequently make sweeping high-impact changes on a whim regardless of how it impacts individuals. Those changes are bound to be changed again when proven to been mistakes. -Constantly feeding employees propaganda which is directly contradicted by leadership actions.

Pros

Compensation, bonuses, and benefits are good, company direction is very promising, very smart people to work with, exciting work environment.

Cons

Stressful work environment, sometimes unrealistic expectations. It would be better if more planning occurred around realistic dates rather than selecting a date and working backwards from there.
