Pros

AtTask has a company culture that is very difficult to find. Employees are given enough room to do their jobs well without being micromanaged. Teammates are always willing to lend a hand when work becomes overwhelming. Very casual environment. Excellent compensation, benefits and perks.

Cons

As with many growing companies, it may take more than 8 hours to finish your work day. This can be stressful at times. Some departments have limited upward mobility.

Pros

* Benefits are better than Omniture - health, dental, vision, 401k, etc. * Senior leadership makes changes when necessary and it's usually to support the front-line, not themselves * When I want to share ideas, they are taken seriously

Cons

* Even though the company is growing fast, much of the top leadership hiring is happening from outside the company. It would be nice to see someone from the rank and file become an executive
