Direct managers and team were fantastic to work with

Cons

Upper management is toxic. Personality contest and boot licking is only way for promotion. How they treat employees is hypocritical given the product they sell is to praise hard working employees, also how employees were treated during another round of redundancies. RTO policy used as a way to get rid of people and micro manage their day. Incompetent upper management who treats their team like children and lies
