Cons

- no sense of community - no opportunities for growth - terrible management - unhappy overworked people

Pros

Ideal work/life balance. Some super talented people that want to succeed and business to succeed. Great ERGs

Cons

Leadership doesn’t lead really. They do not set vision and instead delegate. This in turn doesn’t allow collaboration because you have disparate senior levels managers doing a bulk of the strategic work. You basically get chaos.

Your colleagues are some of the best co-workers you will ever have. The office is nice and flexible.

Cons

They have no sense of development and promotions are tough to find. It seems like the only way to get ahead is to threaten to leave. Salaries and titles are lower than industry norm. Their solution to development is to give you a blank piece of paper to write your strengths and weaknesses on. Seriously.
