Thank you for your feedback. I am happy to hear you are pleased with working remotely. Remote work has certainly grown since Covid, and we are happy to continue offering remote work to our distributed workforce. I am sorry to hear about your experience with executive leadership. We do offer a Confidential Suggestion box where you can share any specific feedback that will be shared with the appropriate parties. We also have our quarterly eNPS survey, which is another great opportunity to share feedback. In our last eNPS (q4), 82.6% of our employees approved of the executive team, and 93% of our employees approved of their individual manager. These are (much) higher than average stats, and though we're disappointed both numbers aren't 100%, we recognize that there's always more work to get to 100%. I am happy to hear professional development and incentives are important to you!
