Pros

- Incredible company mission where you constantly get to hear stories from the people whose lives we're saving. I love coming to work everyday knowing that we're helping people. Gives me a great sense of purpose - Thoughtful leadership that is kind and transparent. They want to make sure you have the resources needed to do your best work. They are open and transparent about high level company initiatives and give thoughtful updates in all-hands meetings - Growth opportunities and ability to work on a wide variety of tasks, partially because it's a smaller company but also because leadership truly cares about professional development opportunities for employees and they promote from within - The best PTO policy I've ever seen and they actually care about your work-life balance - One of the best IT teams I've ever worked with. No endless waiting to get access to systems or help with requests. They are super helpful and quick to reply

Cons

- Fully remote with few opportunities to meet in person - Not your typical startup where you get gifts and fun virtual events - Salary is slightly less than other places I've worked, but it evens out with the annual bonus, generous PTO, and work-life balance (ontop of all the other pros)

Pros

- Strong pay for performance program: raises and promotions are tied to a documented performance evaluation program - Steady leadership: continuity of the senior leadership team has made for. a consistent path forward and messaging - Focus on member care and quality: clinical leadership keeps these factors and the member experience top of mind while navigating to financial sustainability

Cons

You will be asked to work hard. Financial stewardship is a big part of the company's goals and performance evaluation, so there isn't always a lot "excess" staffing.

Pros

I've been with Workit for multiple years now and have so many wonderful things to say about working here. To name a few: -The PEOPLE! Everyone is so kind, supportive and mission driven. It can be tough creating a happy culture when remote, but I truly feel connected to my coworkers and enjoying working with them. -Mission: the WHY behind the company is so impactful and important to the team and it shows every single day. Many of our meetings start with a member story that really inspires everyone and brings us back to why we continue to show up and work hard. -PTO, Holidays, Mental Health Days & Paid Parental Leave -Diversity & Inclusion: we have multiple employee resource groups to foster and enhance our diverse team. Examples are: LGBTQ+, BIPOC, people in Recovery, and Parents -Growth: the company is invested in their team members and seeing them succeed and grow in their current role or supporting them in moving to other roles. I've truly enjoyed working here and am excited to continue seeing what Workit accomplishes in helping those who struggle with addiction.

Cons

I don't have any cons right now!
