Pros

Being an independent Representative, as long as the company understands the meaning of this.

Cons

Unfortunately this company is struggling to figure out their approach to market. In just 9 short months in my duration they went from 1 plan to the next, management changes and now from their "sales openings" they have implemented another "program" with regards to pay structure.

Pros

The monthly draw but that can be a con as well when they arbitrarily take it away.

Cons

There is confusion here between employee and Independent Contractor. Independent Contractor agreement gives you certain options but if you try to exercise them they will terminate the agreement with you. They treat you as if you signed a non-compete agreement and as if you were an employee. But no salary, health benefits.unemployment.disability.workers comp, life insurance, paid time off! The management limits you unnecessarily and constantly threatens to take the draw away! Which they wont do but if you displeased them they will terminate your agreement. Very arbitrary and unprofessional would find another fundraising company to work with. Management is slick talking good old boy network so if that matches your personality you should thrive but if not... they train everyone and pay them a draw and they use that to manipulate the Independent Sales Consultants into doing what they want you to do not whs you agreed to do in your agreement. They are not above threatening.

We believe that being an Independent Sales Representative for World’s Finest® Chocolate is a great opportunity for self-motivated sales professionals. In order to support our Sales Representatives, in many cases we provide financial support to help with expenses related to starting a new business. In return, we expect our Sales Representatives to give us their focused and dedicated effort, and let us know how things are going so that we can help them be successful. In this case, it’s clear there was a misunderstanding when this person started as an Independent Sales Representative, and accepted the draw from us. Today, we have over 200 Independent Sales Representative across the country that make a great living selling our products under the same Independent Sales agreement that is referenced above, and over 50% of our salespeople make six figure incomes. As a company, we have helped groups raise nearly $4 Billion Dollars. If you, or someone you know, would enjoy working with children and nonprofits, helping them raise needed funds, then please contact us as we are always looking for successful people to join our growing sales team.

Pros

Our promise to our customers: "make the most amount of money, with the least amount of time and effort, with the fewest headaches" is what I, and our whole team strive for each and every day. It feels amazing to help people achieve their goals and do it with something that people and communities love: our chocolate. Last year we helped raise over $125 million and next year we will hit $4.0 billion raised. Let's keep it going!

Cons

If you fear change you may not enjoy our culture. While the quality of our product and what we do remain paramount and constant, we will always be changing to meet our current and future customers' needs. The pace of change can sometimes be difficult to handle.
