A very stressful company to work for

Pros

Insurance, paid holidays, co-workers work as a team.

Cons

Low wages, especially for many years of service. No room for advancement. Management changes the work schedules often, sometimes at the last minute, which makes it difficult for a proper life outside of work.

Pros

Easy work, nice people. Old fashioned bonuses like gift cards/cash and good chocolate discounts. People who work here are committed to staying. Provide work from home materials. Yearly bonus.

Cons

Most of the office people are decades in their roles, and like sticking to the old ways. Outdated systems and processes. Low diversity. Low pay across the board. Micromanaged down to the 15min intervals of daily schedules. For a chocolate company they are very vanilla - they are quietly conservative in media/image, who they support financially, and who gets hired and promoted. This is a fit for some people, but not all.

Pros

Training was pretty inclusive and as hands on as it could be for being remote. They don't pay much for cell reimbursement and goals were aggressive.

Cons

Training is ok but management is confused on a lot and there seems to be some issues within upper management. There's been a lot of turnaround with many field sales reps resigning & management being fired for reasons that don't make sense. Seems they will quickly get rid of you if you're not producing quickly even though they say there's some ramp up time. They act like they;re supportive but they aren't. No room for growth
