Fun job in a beautiful environment, but poor upper management

The pay used to be really great, the job itself is really fun. Also a beautiful environment to work in.

Cons

The commission structure would be adjusted every time there was a minimum wage increase to make it harder to get commission, so I ended up making less in my last months than I did in my first year. Also a very disgusting attitude amongst upper management of “we’re paying you enough so you can’t complain about anything”. Went through 4 store managers in 2.5 years because it was such a stressful job with no support from upper management. Ultimately there was a mass exodus from our store, with 8 employees quitting in 2 months because of an employee brought back after being previously fired for gross misconduct, who was really tight with upper management but had severe conduct issues and antagonised almost every other designer in the store.

good design software good work team decent company van dont worry another manager believes in me and wants me at there showroom and i will prove to you with the guidance i can do the job to the best of my ability

Cons

direspectful de-meaning management team that talk down on you management that say you are only employed due to the fact that you are the only one that can drive there company vehicle (mobile designer)
