Too much pressure!

The system is good to use. VR is a nice touch

Cons

Too pushy on sales. Management want deposits at the first appt. Management gives your leads to top performers and then pesters you when you don’t sell.

Good commission if you sell. Team based in Stevenage was really friendly and nice to work with.

Cons

The company itself is not the best, doesn't treat employees or managers with respect. You are in probation for 2 years.
