Working at Wren Kitchens as a designer has been an incredibly positive experience so far. I've only been here for 5 weeks, but the training has been extensive, thorough, and very well-structured. Wren invests heavily in ensuring that every designer feels confident and knowledgeable before stepping onto the showroom floor and engaging with customers. The training covers everything from product knowledge to design software and customer service, and the trainers are patient, approachable, and genuinely want you to succeed. What really stands out is the supportive environment. Management are always available to offer guidance, answer questions, and provide encouragement when needed. My colleagues have been equally welcoming, creating a positive workplace atmosphere.
