Pros

*Collaborative work environment and culture *Open door policy and transparency at all levels *Dynamic product that is meeting the needs of teams across the board *Challenging work where I am learning daily *Steady growth at a scalable pace *A leadership team with a smart and thoughtful approach on how to engage employees by constantly seeking feedback and taking immediate action to ensure the company is evolving and improving

Cons

Currently an uphill climb for brand recognition at the level we hope to be...but we are climbing!

Pros

The people are fantastic, it feels like coming in to work with your friends. While it is loud in the office, it is loud for a reason, people are doing work and collaborating. It has the buzz of a great place. Leadership is good and getting better. This much growth can be tricky to manage but everyone understands their place and their role in the growth. Benefits are going from good to incredible.

Cons

With so much change, things can be ambiguous at times. Not so much a con as a challenge.

Pros

Marketing team: — Content marketing team gives you a lot of creative freedom; if you can tell how you think your idea will benefit the company, you are usually given the green light. — Very collaborative environment, so you get a lot of help and feedback on your work. (This could be a con, if you're not a collaborative worker. In which case, Wrike is not for you.) Wrike HQ: — It's great to work for a company that customers really believe in. Wrike is doing really well right now, and I predict it will continue to improve over the foreseeable future. — Typical Bay Area startup environment: relaxed dress code, fast-paced, fun people, open floor plan, WFH benefits, free calories in the kitchen.

Cons

— Minimal employee benefits. — Plenty of guidance, but very little mentorship on the marketing team. — Career trajectory not laid out; you'll have to pave your own way.
