      Pros

      Some of the smartest people I have ever worked with. Culture is professional but not stuffy Pay is competitive for the area (Detroit Suburbs) Interesting Perks - wellness, clothes, professional development No layoffs during pandemic!!

      Pros

      -People are helpful and young -Good path to grow your career -Different projects/tech stacks to work on -Catered lunches sometimes and you can get your cereal bought by company for breakfast -Super Smash Bros during lunch

      Cons

      -Location is not the greatest. Not much to do in the town -Ann Arbor is close by but traffic is a mess -Pay is not the greatest
