      Pros

      I started with the company as a developer and I am now a Senior principal at the company. The company has grown me ever year since I joined the company. Rare to find this type of growth in our industry.

      Cons

      I wish we grow more so we can have more smart people in the company who I can work with.

      Pros

      The company overall trusts you to be a responsible employee and does not enforce any strict set of hours. You're allowed unlimited sick time as part of that trust so you can take time to actually get better when you're sick. The culture at the office is very relaxed. A group of us play super smash bros during lunch several times a week.

      Cons

      You may be stuck travelling a lot. I have drive to Lansing 2-3 times a week. Although, X by 2 does reimburse you for the mileage, so it's not all bad.
