      Unhealthy leadership, especially operations.

      Pros

      Free coffee, a quiet work space, and reasonable work/life balance.

      Cons

      Unhealthy and negative leadership practices, mainly operations. Unorganized and inexperienced leadership. Is a dictatorship, your voice is not wanted. They let people go for petty, personal reasons. Immature management, unable to delegate. Trust issues.......etc........the list goes on.

      Co-workers are good and try their best

      Cons

      Management leadership is poor with one upper manager being particularly incapable. Over a 2 year period as least 6 people have held the purchasing position and none have lasted. Manager trains incompletely and hold too much information but is fast to criticize and put down. The revolving door doesn't seem to bother owner so nothing is done to correct this poor management style. Nepotism is a problem with some people being supported far more than others.

      Job security for life if you are in operations and related

      Cons

      Too many to thoroughly list but biggest issues are lack of paying customers, no sales and no leadership for selling, poorly run operations with inexperienced ops management, no engineering autonomy and weak attempts at marketing and press.
