Not the worst but could be better

Pros

The company tries to be considerate and show their appreciation by doing parties. When you work hard, you do get rewarded for it by earning Employee of the Month/ Quarter

Cons

Starting pay is low and there’s no incentives as other companies offered us. No real advancement opportunities, the most you can advance is a “lead” which only earns you a $1 more and ONLY when you’re acting as a lead.

Pros

Most supportive management team I have ever been around! Matthew Patterson, Jacob Scarborough, TJ Patton went above and beyond to work with me during a rough period of my life. It was nice to have managers that really cared. Dee and Joe were very mean though.

Cons

Pay. I worked for the hospital (Mount Carmel) and the wages were low. I had to leave for a better paying position.
