Pros

Initial, remote training facility was great - involved, professional, detailed, hands on, friendly, informative. HR staff and upper management were initially helpful, warm, and enthusiastic. Starting salary was pretty good.

Cons

Actual account location was a complete mess. Disfunctional operational methods were laughable. Erroneous systems and nonexistent QA measurements. Hostile work environment. Lies to client. Waste of resources. Chaotic scheduling and staffing techniques. Upper management's thin veneer of genuine goodwill disappeared - they flipped a complete 180 - became two-faced, back stabbing liars that simply discard supervisors and throw them under the bus with ease, to keep their ridiculously bloated egos pretending that everything is perfect and okay in their nonsensical fantasy land and keep themselves believing that they are the most knowledgeable and important people in the industry. Don't waste your time with this group of selfish, self-absorbed wankers. You will regret getting involved with this company, if you make the mistake of choosing a "career" with these buffoons...
